This Privacy Notice outlines how My Tech Media handles information obtained from Users residing in the State of California ("Consumers" as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 or "CCPA," referred to as "you" here). When you download and utilize the Search Technology and the Search Technology Services, we gather specific data regarding your usage. This data includes "Personal Information" as defined by the CCPA, which encompasses any information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, can be associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to a particular consumer, household, or device. We disclose your Personal Information for business purposes to the following categories of third parties: service providers and data aggregators (e.g., for analytics purposes), business partners (for fraud detection and payment calculations), and feed providers whose feeds are implemented as part of the services we provide.

When we disclose Personal Information for business purposes, we enter into a contract that outlines the purpose and requires the recipient to maintain the confidentiality of that Personal Information and not use it for any other purpose except to fulfill the contract.

Depending on your relationship with us, you have the ability to exercise certain choices and controls over our handling of your Personal Information. AMENDMENTS

In accordance with the CCPA, we will update this Privacy Notice every 12 months. The "Last Modified" date at the bottom of the Privacy Notice indicates the most recent revision.
